What is our Returns & Exchanges Policy?

We allow exchanges and store credits on all regular priced items within 7 days from the date you received your order. To complete an exchange, the following requirements must be met:

1. Item/items must be in original condition with hygiene seal remaining in place and unaltered.

2. Items must not be worn or have stains from make-up, deodorant, sweat or any other substance on them. Items must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed with tags and liners attached and in original packaging. 

When trying on your Diell pieces, please try on your items over your underwear and keep the bikini in the packaging in a clean environment to avoid any accidental stains or damages. We reserve the right to refuse any items being sent back that do not meet the above requirements.

All items purchased on sale, with a discount code or free shipping are final sale and are not able to be returned or exchanged.
